How long does it take to make my customs?

Our customs take approximately 6 weeks to be made to the high quality that we require our customs to meet. Your customs may be a lot quicker than this estimate, or perhaps longer dependent on busy periods such as around Christmas.

Please be assured that once you have placed your order, we have received it and your order has joined our queue of customs to be worked on and you will be kept updated with progress!

Where do you get your custom sneaker base shoes from?

We source our base shoes directly from Nike or well known reputable Nike retailers such as Footlocker, JD Sports and Office.

Will I have to pay any international customs or taxes?

If you are outside of the UK, you may be required to pay customs or taxes for your sneakers on entry into your country. This is not included in the shipping cost and is the responsibility of the buyer to pay import tax/fees/duties.

Where can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a message with all the information regarding delivery including a tracking number so you can track your order. If your customs have not yet been dispatched, we will message you with updates and you can drop us a message for more info on progress!
