  • Is the Louis Vuitton Padlock Authentic?

Yes, it is an authentic and Vintage Louis Vuitton padlock. They are coming from the Louis Vuitton bags as Speedy 25, 30, 35, 35 Alma, Ellipse, Keepall, etc.

All our necklaces and bracelets are handmade or reworked with limited authentic designer pieces (padlock, pendant etc) and unbranded high-quality chains.

All our items have been appraised and inspected by our Jewelry Specialists. Our Experts inspect thousands of items every day to ensure the items we sell are authentic and in beautiful condition.

Photos are of the actual item in our possession. Please keep in mind that all the Louis Vuitton locks are vintage, which is why not two locks are the same. Each lock will include its original and functional key.

  • When my order will be dispatched?

Processing time:

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail from London (UK).

We’ll provide you with a tracking number for your order, as soon as it’s been dispatched.

  • How long does shipping take to be delivered?

Estimated shipping times:

-United Kingdom: 1-2 business days.

-Rest of the world: from 5-7 business days to 2-4 weeks.*

*Note: After the item arrives in your country it has been known to take between 2-4 weeks to clear customs. These delays are completely out of our control and are decided by customs in each individual country.

  • What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message with the following info:

- Your order number
- Picture of the fault / incorrect item

  • Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. In any case, you must return within: 14 days from the delivery date.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items you return must be UNWORN and in their original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please add your order number, full name on the package and provide a tracking number as soon as you’ll ship it back.
