Change of plan!

Today was such a fun shoot! even though it didnt go to plan at all due to the weather! but I found the most unexpected shoot location and the final images were better than I had imagined :)

For this shoot like every other I started collecting imagery on pinterest to create mood boards and give me an idea for a theme and to help me decide on what vintage items I needed to find.

These boards also gave the model an idea of poses and the sort of images I wanted to create so they proved very helpful on location.
At first I wanted an outdoor woodland type shoot, so we headed to a nearby park and after a few shots of course the heavens opened!!
I had a car full of stock and a model so wanted to go ahead with the shoot! I decided to change the theme of the shoot and make more of a grungy industrial feel but that was under cover and out of the rain!

The new location really worked with the collection of clothing I had, lots of oversized snuggly coats, faux fur and quirky sheer dresses.
