Had to chase to be dispatched. Received item, sizing is ridiculous, I'm a ten ordered a twelve so it was loose (due to style) and it still didn't fit. then returned and had to chase my refund - only got my money back when I disputed through paypal. AVOID!

Coat arrived, didn't like it, agreed to return for a refund. Returned item within 3 days, didn't receive a refund. A month passed, £160 down, chased both on Marketplace and via email, was ignored. Only resolved through dispute on Paypal. Do not shop here.
