Item arrived w/ large faded yellowish streak on shoulder from sun damage. Was not expecting such major flaw- was described as "good condition". Messaged seller, but since I had washed the item as it was dusty they would not refund. Disappointed

It took weeks, but I did not get the item, so I asked the boutique where it was and they said it got lost in the post and I got a refund right away! Very happy that the boutique was so helpful, even though it is sad that I did not get the item/:
