Launching on our ASOS- Marketplace store and stocked in boutiques across Europe, this season it’s all about experimenting with textures and fabrics with an aim to make products that are stylish, functional and long-lasting for outdoor adventures and challenges. We wanted to continue in our eco-friendly manifesto while giving our products a refreshing twist by employing new techniques, so this collection includes everything from totes and mini pouches to belt bags as well as hats, gloves and the season’s favourite snoods crafted from sustainable materials. Apart from the classic cotton-weave silhouettes, you can also find super-soft merino wool, fluffy alpaca and velour accessories with funky finishes that will cater to every type of trendsetter. Because practicality and timelessness is rooted deep in our DNA, our pieces boast multiple functions that will make you stride through the day with ease. But hold on, there’s more. Our chunky Gigantes is made from chubby cotton tubes and doubles as a cosy pillow that’s perfect to travel with as you can comfortably snooze on it whether on the plane, in class or even at work. We had a blast creating Up-cycle – a cotton bag-turned-backpack with sturdy 3D-printed handles developed by using recycled bottles and our Mama Tote has more functions than your favourite suitcase. Okay, we’ll stop teasing now.

Our approach remains the same – all our products are handcrafted by mama Irini in our atelier in Athens, with pure appreciation for slow fashion. We’ve already been embraced by stores in London, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands with whom we’re collaborating and we’d love you to join the party.

The Mama Made is a unique homeware and fashion brand that mixes traditional handcrafting techniques, seen with a fresh eye. Created by a mother-and-son duo, its purpose is to bring a bit of familiar soft comfort to our fast-paced, modern lifestyles through fun and innovative products that will last a lifetime.
