Shipping & COVID-19.

Dear costumer,

One of our goals as a brand, is to ship all of your orders as fast and as cheap as we can, because we know that everybody loves that feeling when you are opening the package you ordered some days ago. And because of that we are offering everybody in EU a free shipping rate. However, Covid-19 and his impact in shipping times is something that makes more difficult for us to achieve our goal.

We ship our orders the same day or the day after every costumer paid, and we send with Correos, one of the best companies here in Spain. In a normal situation, all the orders should be with you in 7-10 days at worst. But unfortunately, righ now every country and every government has his own politics (for example some countries quarantine the packages 7-10 days).

All of that is out of our control, so if your order isn’t with you at the right time, please keep calm, the package is on his way but probably is taking some more days because of the restrictions.
