December is upon us and we at The Left Bank are getting in the festive spirit! If you’re after the perfect Xmas party outfit but don’t know where to start, look no further! We’ve selected our favourite AW ‘13 trends straight from the catwalk and put together our guide to Christmas cool so you can look glamourous with a street style edge!

As you guys will know, we LOVE metallics here at The Left Bank! Metallics have one again been all over the catwalk, with designers from Sass and Bide to Daks embracing luxurious, metallic shades. Our most recent release is our Oversized Metallic Gold Bomber Jacket which embodies our design aesthetic perfectly, streetwear with a luxourious twist. It’s winter luxury down to a tee, with embossed velvet in the most beautiful shade of gold which shimmers subtly under light. Here we’ve teamed it with our gorgeous peacock skirt for the ultimate combo of winter styling, just add thick tights and heeled boots!

Our luxury bomber jackets are also available in various luxurious winter shades and are sure to keep you nice and cozy on dark, winter nights! One of our favourites is our gorgeous Jewel Red Crushed Velvet Bomber, also available in Burgundy!

Velvet is all over the catwalk again this season, hurray! With designers such as Marios Schwab and Gucci embracing our favourite fabric in beautiful jewel tones, another huge trend this season. We’ve put our streetwear spin on velvet to create o so glamourous but o so wearable pieces! Our Velvet skirts are available in gorgeous, rich winter tones including red, midnight blue, peacock and one of our favourites, emerald green! Perfect for the party season, these skirts can be worn from day through to night!

We feel that our metallic skirts, (available in gold, silver and bronze) channel the Christmas Spirit perfectly! These little pieces will be sure to make you stand out in the crowd and leave you looking pretty as a present!

Ornate patterns are a big trend on catwalks this season with the likes of Givenchy showcasing heavily patterned pieces. Our Gold Chain Print Bomber lends from this trend and the metallic trend with its Metallic Gold Sleeves! The ultimate luxury streetwear staple which is very limited edition!
